KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN SİLİNMESİ — TALİMAT Monostron, sağlık kuruluşlarının (kliniklerin) hasta iletişimini yönettiği bir yazılımdır. Verilerinizin "Veri Sorumlusu" iletişimde olduğunuz kliniktir; yazılımı sunan BTL WORKS yalnızca teknik altyapı sağlayan "Veri İşleyen"dir. Verilerinizin silinmesini istiyorsanız: 1. İletişimde olduğunuz kliniğe yazın (kliniğin aydınlatma metnindeki KVKK adresi ya da bilinen iletişim kanalı). Klinik, panelindeki "Verileri sil (KVKK)" işlemiyle kimlik bilgilerinizi anonimleştirir, yazışma ve dosyalarınızı yok eder; talebiniz tarih ve işlemi yapan kişiyle kayıt altına alınır. 2. Kliniğe ulaşamıyorsanız info@btlworx.com adresine yazın; talebinizi ilgili kliniğe iletir ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonucu bildiririz. 3. Facebook, Instagram veya WhatsApp bağlantısını kaldıran klinikler için: bağlantı kaldırıldığında yeni veri akışı durur; mevcut kayıtlar kliniğin talebiyle 30 gün içinde silinir. Tanıtım mesajlarını durdurmak için silme talebi gerekmez: WhatsApp veya Instagram'da "IPTAL" yazmanız yeterlidir; e-postaların altındaki "listeden çık" bağlantısı da aynı işi görür.

DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS Monostron is software that health clinics use to manage patient communication. The "data controller" of your data is the clinic you communicated with; BTL WORKS, which provides the software, acts only as a "data processor" supplying the technical infrastructure. To have your data deleted: 1. Contact the clinic you communicated with (the privacy contact in its notice, or any channel you already use). Using the "Delete data (KVKK)" action in its panel, the clinic anonymises your identity details and destroys your messages and files; the request is logged with the date and the staff member who performed it. 2. If you cannot reach the clinic, email info@btlworx.com; we forward your request to the clinic and inform you of the result within 30 days at the latest. 3. If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account and later removed the app's access: new data stops flowing immediately, and existing records are deleted within 30 days on the clinic's request. You can remove the app at any time from "Apps and Websites" in your Facebook or Instagram settings. To stop promotional messages you do not need a deletion request: reply "IPTAL" (or "STOP") on WhatsApp or Instagram, or use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of e-mails.
